Mahindra Rainforest Kanjur Launch

Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced the launch of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of 'Mahindra Rainforest', a premium mixed-use development located in Kanjur Marg, Mumbai. Spread across approximately 25.47 acres, the project is among the largest developments in Mumbai's central suburbs, marking a significant moment for the region's real estate landscape.

The residential phases alone carry an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 3,000 crore, underscoring the scale and ambition of this venture. The newly launched phases will feature premium 2 and 3 BHK residences, with a focus on community living, green spaces, and sustainable design.
