The new parcel sits right next to one of Mahindra's most successful ongoing addresses in the city. This proximity means the new development benefits from an already-established, well-loved residential neighbourhood rather than starting from scratch in an untested pocket.

The open greenfield land parcel benefits from excellent connectivity to the Western Express Highway and existing metro corridors, with the location supported by established social infrastructure including schools, hospitals, and retail hubs.
