Sustainable Living, Redefined in Kandivali East
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited launched Phase 2 of Mahindra Vista as India's first Net Zero Waste + Energy residential project in Kandivali East, Mumbai. This phase introduces 599 premium residences with a potential pre-sales value of almost Rs 1,200 crore, and every unit comes with a balcony designed for modern urban living.
The project sits on 7.74 acres with a low tower footprint of under 12%, freeing up the rest of the land for open space. This includes 1.92 acres of landscaped greens on the ground and a further 1.6-acre podium level featuring a signature colonnade and an infinity-edge pool.
At the heart of the community is a biophilic-roof clubhouse spanning 28,000 sq ft, complemented by high-street retail and everyday shopping convenience right within the campus. The design philosophy leans heavily into sustainability without compromising on lifestyle.
Across the development, homes come in 2, 3 and 4 BHK layouts, with Phase 1 slated for delivery in December 2029 and Phase 2 following in December 2030, as per the project's MahaRERA registration timelines. Kandivali East's established social infrastructure and connectivity make this a long-term bet for both end-users and investors.
