Property prices in Bhandup West have moved 3.4% in the last year and 13.7% over five years, while Bhandup East has seen sharper appreciation. Homebuyers here get access to established societies, a working-class-turned-professional demographic, and proximity to the IT and business hubs of Powai and Vikhroli.
