Origins by Mahindra, Ahmedabad, a world-class industrial park spread across 340 acres, is being developed in strategic partnership with IFC and focuses on attracting large and medium corporates across automotive, engineering, food processing, logistics & warehousing, medical equipment, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, plastics, textile and other sectors.

The company signed an MoU with the Government of Gujarat through a 100 percent subsidiary to establish a 350-acre multi-product industrial park near Ahmedabad, estimated at a total investment of Rs 3,000 crore. The proposed industrial park is planned to cater to non-polluting industries and claims to create direct and indirect employment for about 12,000 persons when fully operational.

Located on National Highway–47 (Ahmedabad–Rajkot) and within the DMIC Influence Zone at the epicentre of the thriving Industrial Region of Gujarat State, the park offers strategic connectivity. Origins by Mahindra, Ahmedabad is developed in strategic partnership with International Finance Corporation and offers a dependable platform for long term growth in western India.

The Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026, launched in June 2026, seeks to attract approximately ₹10 lakh crore of fresh investment during the policy period and to increase manufacturing scale, employment, exports, research and development, sustainability and integration with global value chains. The demand for industrial spaces in Ahmedabad has witnessed a significant uptick in recent years, driven by the growing manufacturing and export sectors.

The park is planned with high-quality roads, drainage, STP and street lighting, complemented by the tax convenience of DTA. Development-ready plots with supporting infrastructure enable quicker setup and seamless transition to operations.
