Origins by Mahindra, Ahmedabad is a World-class Industrial Park being developed in Strategic Partnership with IFC, and World Bank, designed to provide high-quality infrastructure and a sustainable ecosystem to global manufacturing firms. It sits on National Highway–47 (Ahmedabad–Rajkot) and within the DMIC Influence Zone at the epicentre of the thriving Industrial Region of Gujarat State.
Spread across the promised acreage, the multisector industrial cluster focuses on attracting large and medium corporates across automotive, engineering, food processing, Logistic & Warehousing, medical equipment, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, plastics, textile and amongst other sectors. The park is proposed on a 363-acre land parcel located at Village Janshali, Taluka Limbdi, Surendranagar, and is conceived and promoted by Industrial Cluster Private Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited.
The development follows a phased, plug-and-play format. The proposed park envisages 92-100 industrial plots across plot sizes ranging between 5,000 sq yd to 20,000 sq yd, with some larger plots of 25,000 sq yd. Development has been progressing steadily since launch, with the project now in its final phase, covering over 300 acres, and set to host medium and large-sized MNCs operating in logistics, automotive, engineering, medical devices and defence.
Sustainability is built into the park's DNA. Origins by Mahindra, Ahmedabad is an IGBC Gold pre-certified development, with assured clean-titled, encumbrance-free land on a free-hold basis — a key reassurance for industrial investors.
