The launch is part of a larger expansion push by MHRIL. Jim Corbett National Park is approximately 5 kilometers away from the resort, while Garjiya Devi Temple is around 3 kilometers away. For those travelling from further away, the nearest airport is Pantnagar Airport, located approximately 85 kilometers away, and the nearest bus stand, Ramnagar Bus Stand, is situated at a distance of about 11 kilometers. The resort's location on the Kosi River gives it a quieter, more secluded feel than properties closer to the main Ramnagar market, while still keeping guests within easy reach of Corbett's safari gates and local attractions.
