Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India (MHRIL) has signed a new resort in Dapoli, near the scenic Murud Beach, further strengthening its presence along Maharashtra's coastline as part of the company's FY26-FY30 roadmap, which targets over 10,000 keys under Club Mahindra and an overall portfolio scale of 12,000 keys.
Spread across 13 acres, the upcoming Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort will feature 110 keys, launched in phases. The first phase, comprising 52 keys, is slated for launch in Q1 FY27, with the remaining inventory opening in Q2 FY27. The property is designed as a contemporary coastal retreat, offering immersive, experience-led stays for families.
The property will feature a 500-capacity indoor banquet hall, providing a versatile venue for weddings, conferences and social events, complemented by a spacious outdoor lawn capable of hosting between 800 and 1,000 guests. This makes the Dapoli resort as attractive for destination events as it is for family holidays.
Dapoli strengthens MHRIL's presence in high-growth coastal markets with strong drive-to demand and marks the first of several planned developments along India's western coast. Club Mahindra Dapoli is being developed as a phased inventory release, with exact room-wise configurations to be confirmed closer to the Q1 FY27 launch. Club Mahindra properties typically offer a mix of studio and suite-style keys, and pricing for members and guests will be announced at launch.

Murud Beach is located in the town of Dapoli, which is about 200 km from Mumbai and 180 km from Pune. Khed is the nearest railway station, located at a distance of 30 kms. The drive from Mumbai typically takes 4-6 hours depending on the route via NH66 or the Mumbai-Goa highway, making it an appealing weekend getaway for travellers from both Mumbai and Pune.
