The project will replace an ageing housing cluster with a contemporary residential community. This upcoming development will transform the existing housing cluster into a modern community featuring improved infrastructure, contemporary design, and enhanced lifestyle amenities. The redevelopment is being designed around Mahindra Lifespaces' sustainability-first approach, in keeping with its wider portfolio strategy.

The micro-market is a well-established residential catchment with proximity to Shivaji Park, leading educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail destinations, robust transport networks and nearby metro links. This makes Matunga West one of central Mumbai's most sought-after and land-constrained addresses, where new supply through redevelopment is rare.
