The two societies span ~2.6 acres and ~1.8 acres respectively.
Both plots are located in the well-established Diamond Garden pocket of Chembur East, one of Mumbai's most sought-after eastern suburbs. The redevelopment will deliver well-planned homes, designed with a focus on sustainability, modern amenities, and connectivity, offering residents an enhanced living experience while creating long-term value through thoughtful design and environmentally responsible practices.
The project brings Mahindra's redevelopment track record to Chembur at a time when the locality is seeing renewed developer interest.
