Mahindra Vista Phase 1 Sales Trigger Early Phase 2 Launch

Mahindra Vista, Mahindra Lifespaces' flagship residential address in Kandivali East, Mumbai, has turned into one of the city's most talked-about launches. For buyers evaluating the project, regulatory clarity is a key reassurance. The project is registered under RERA with IDs P51800054671 and P51800079147, covering Phase 1 and Phase 2 respectively. As per the MahaRERA registration of Mahindra Vista, Phase 1 will be delivered in December 2029 and Phase 2 will be delivered in December 2030.
