Mahindra Lifespaces Launches Mahindra Blossom, Its Third Net Zero Project in Bengaluru
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has announced the launch of Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential development in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a potential gross development value of approximately ₹1,900 crore. The announcement, made on 17 December 2025, positions the project as one of the most significant residential launches to hit the Whitefield micro-market in recent months.
What makes this launch stand out on the sustainability front is the fact that Mahindra Blossom will be the company's third Net Zero residential development in the city. This builds on Mahindra Lifespaces' broader national commitment as a pioneer in Net Zero homes in India, with the company already having launched India's first three Net Zero residential developments across its portfolio, comprising one Net Zero Energy project and two Net Zero Energy+Waste projects. Mahindra Blossom is pre-certified for IGBC Green Homes and IGBC Net Zero Waste standards, extending that green track record into East Bengaluru.
