Mahindra Lifespaces itself has recently made its mark in the locality, being appointed as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of a premium housing society in Mulund West, spanning a 3.08-acre land parcel with an estimated development value of approximately ₹1,250 crore. This signals renewed confidence in Mulund West's long-term residential appeal, even as the suburb continues to balance its green, low-rise character with fresh vertical development.
