Mahindra Navaratna Agrahara is an upcoming residential development by Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Ltd, located in Navaratna Agrahara village in North Bengaluru. The project sits on land acquired through a Share Purchase Agreement for Shreyas Stones Private Limited, which owns 8.79 acres of premium land in the area, announced on June 30, 2025 for ₹199 crore. This parcel adjoins an existing Mahindra land holding, and together the combined development is expected to span roughly 9 acres with a Gross Development Value potential of approximately ₹2,100 crore.
The project will offer thoughtfully planned 2 and 3 BHK apartments designed around natural light, cross ventilation, and efficient layouts. Indicative carpet areas run from about 715-820 sq ft for 2 BHK units to 980-1,080 sq ft for 3 BHK units, with final sizes to be confirmed at RERA registration.
Backed by Mahindra Lifespaces' track record in sustainable urban development, the project is expected to carry the group's signature green-building approach, including energy-efficient design and rainwater harvesting, in line with the developer's other Bengaluru communities.
