Overview of Mahindra Meridian
Mahindra Meridian is located in Nagaon, Alibaug, just about a 45-min drive from Mandwa jetty. The project is spread over 11.8 acres (47752.91 sq. m.) and is positioned as a weekend getaway destination for buyers who want a second home close to Mumbai.
The development is designed around two ideas — villas and plots. Mahindra Meridian hosts 3 & 4 BHK luxurious getaway villas, offered as ready-to-move-in villas and plots in Alibaug. 10 villas in phase 1 have already received Occupancy Certificate (OC), so buyers can move in without waiting for construction to finish. Alongside the villas, the project offers 24 limited-edition ready-to-construct plots, ranging from 5400-7800 sq. ft., RERA-approved and positioned as Alibaug's only plotted development with 30+ amenities and a clubhouse.
