Overview of Mahindra Bloomdale
Mahindra Bloomdale sits inside MIHAN, Nagpur's aviation, IT and industrial growth corridor. Spread across 25 acres, Bloomdale is the first residential project in MIHAN to achieve this milestone, and is also the first housing project to be launched in the denotified area of the residential zone of MIHAN.
The township mixes formats for different family needs. Bloomdale comprises spacious 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments, row houses and duplex homes. The two-storey 3 BHK row houses come with a private garden and terrace, while the 4 BHK duplexes offer the option of either a patio with a private garden or a large terrace.
Sustainability is built into the design. Bloomdale is the first residential project in Nagpur to receive a pre-certification 'Gold' rating from IGBC, and homes have been designed to ensure increased ventilation and ample natural light.
By November 2020, the project had already proven its pull with homebuyers. Mahindra Lifespaces sold more than 1,000 homes, amounting to over 85% of the total inventory, and nearly 660 homes had been handed over, with ~475 families in residence, including about 100 medical professionals. Today, Bloomdale is a mature, largely ready-to-move community with an active resident base.
