Mahindra Lifespaces Wagholi marks the Mahindra Group's entry into one of East Pune's most talked-about micro-markets. Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. acquired 5.38 acres of land in Wagholi in October 2023, with the site estimated to have a development potential of over 1.5 million square feet of saleable area.

The project is currently in its new-launch phase. Pricing is available on request and the RERA registration is awaited, so buyers should treat configuration, size and possession details as indicative until the developer issues an official launch update.
